My intention is to create a safe space for you to land, nourished with empathy and understanding. Many of us are reaching outside of ourselves for happiness or utilizing avoidance strategies to cope. As a result, a void or level of fear that is often challenging to describe separates us from our inner joy. Although each individual I hold space for will speak this in their own unique way, I am here to assist you towards a more peaceful partnership with yourself, others and the world around you.

I hold certifications in Interpersonal Neurobiology, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, & Various other therapy modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Eating Psychology and Trauma. My work is trauma sensitive, body positive and inclusive. As a fellow human on this journey, I see the common humanity that we hold and will highlight your strengths, while empowering you as you overcome challenges and move forward on your unique path towards fulfillment.

Welcome, we are glad you are here!

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Counselling PsychologyRegistered Yoga Teacher, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Eating Psychology Coach, and Level 3 Reiki practitioner.

My passion for Holistic Health was nourished during my studies as a Registered Nurse, though I longed for a fresh approach to wellness and have spent the last 10 years educating myself and supporting others on their Mind-Body-Spirit Journey.

I am currently Registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as well as the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Although I am physically located in Saskatoon, I offer virtual counselling to residents of Ontario and Saskatchewan.
